Introduction

These Terms govern your use of archDesignHub.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Use of Platform

archDesignHub provides AI tools to convert architectural drawings into renders.

Users may upload:

• Floor plan PDFs
• Elevation drawings
• SketchUp images

User Accounts

Users must create an account. Users are responsible for account security.

Acceptable Use

Users must NOT:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload copyrighted content without permission
• Abuse the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer

Violations may result in account suspension.

Credits and Rendering

Rendering uses a credit system. 1 render = 25 credits.

Credits are provided via plans or purchases.

Credits expire based on plan validity.

Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed via secure providers.
• We do NOT store payment details.
• If payment fails but money is deducted, refund is handled by the payment provider.
• Invoices are available in Billing section.

Refund Policy

We follow a 14-day refund policy in compliance with our payment provider requirements.

Users may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Payment deducted but credits or plan not received
• Technical issues that prevent usage of purchased services

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

• Credits already used (fully or partially)
• Dissatisfaction with render results
• Expired credits or unused credits after plan expiry
• User errors during purchase

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed via the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing time may vary depending on the provider.

To request a refund, users must contact support at support@archdesignhub.com within 14 days of purchase and provide relevant payment details.

We reserve the right to review and approve refund requests at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws and payment provider policies.

Intellectual Property

Users own their uploaded content.

archDesignHub owns the platform, AI systems, and software.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as-is".

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect renders
• Downtime
• Errors in uploaded drawings

Service Modifications

We may update or modify the platform anytime.

Account Termination

Accounts violating terms may be suspended.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use means acceptance.
